Before I ever talked about mindset let me introduce myself and why I'm even equipment to speak about this at such a young age to some.
Before I ever told anyone how to grow…
I had to crawl through the parts of my life that nearly broke me.
Not the pretty parts.
Not the “motivational speaker” storyline.
The real fire — the kind that forces you to choose:
stay the same and suffer, or evolve and finally meet yourself.
I had seasons where I didn’t recognize who I was anymore.
Where my habits were running me.
Where I was performing for people who didn’t even know me.
Where discipline wasn’t even in the conversation — I was just surviving the day.
And nobody clapped for me during that time.
Nobody checked in.
Nobody said, “Keep going.”
It was just me… facing myself.
The hardest work I’ve ever done wasn’t building a brand.
It was breaking the version of me that kept me stuck —
the version that wanted comfort, shortcuts, validation, distractions, numbing, excuses.
I had to sit in silence long enough for the truth to catch up to me.
I had to confront the parts of me I used to hide.
I had to kill old identities I thought I needed.
That’s the fire I’m talking about.
And walking through that fire didn’t make me perfect —
it made me pay attention.
It made me self-aware.
It made me disciplined.
It made me honest in a way most people never get to because they’re too scared to tell themselves the truth.
So when I talk about growth…
When I talk about discipline…
When I talk about self-awareness…
I’m not repeating quotes.
I’m not trying to sound wise.
I’m not pretending to be something I’m not.
I’m someone who had to burn through an old life to build a new one —
someone who had to learn everything I teach because my survival depended on it.
That’s why I’m equipped.
Not because I avoided pain…
but because I walked through it, learned from it, and came out with something real to offer:
Clarity. Discipline. Perspective.
And the ability to help others navigate their own fire — without losing themselves.
I’m thankful for all the experiences I’ve been through because they allow me to bring the lessons from my trials and tribulations to you, the reader.
